I am Lucy Rollinson, your Cotswold Move Manager
I have extensive experience in estate agency, having worked across the north Cotswolds for over 18 years and I continue to be an associate of The National Association of Estate Agents (ANAEA). I'm also a trained member of The National Association of Senior Move Managers and Affiliate of SOLLA (Society
of Later Life Advisers).
I am also an Interior Design specialist, covering future proofing, designing for dementia and biophilic design for well-being.
Cotswold Move Manager is registered with The Property Ombudsman, holds comprehensive insurance and is DBS checked.
Who are we?
Cotswold Move Manager is a professional and compassionate move coordination company. We help with the sometimes difficult task of moving house or adjusting your current living conditions.
Whether you are decluttering/reorganising your home, downsizing, moving in with family, or moving to a retirement community or care home, you can feel safe in the knowledge that your move will be planned and personally managed down to the very last detail.
Who do we work with?
We work with private clients who are at retirement age or older or those who have health issues and need assistance with moving or adapting their current home.
We also work with retirement developers, care and nursing homes, solicitors, health and social care professionals, estate agents, wealth management companies and charities.
What we do
We assist clients with everything related to a move. Moving later in life can be overwhelming especially as some clients have not moved for many years.
We work closely with clients to stay in control of their sale, search or move to keep the process a positive experience.
