We can help prepare your property for sale, find you the most suitable and competitive estate agents, assist with forms and providing ID, negotiate offers from potential purchasers, fill out solicitors paperwork, help with house clearing and report end-of- move meter readings.
MOVE
We help clients prepare for a move by sorting and packing items to take. We work with a floor plan to establish what will fit, and where furniture will go in the new home. Excess items can then be sold, donated or disposed of. We arrange the removal company for the day of the move, where we will be on hand to unpack and get you set up in your new home.
SEARCH
We offer a part or full search service. From finding you suitable properties to view, to accompanying you on property viewings, property acquisition where we can negotiate to secure your next move, assisting with solicitor's forms/paperwork/ arranging surveys or following-up the progression of the sale through to completion.
IMPROVE
You may prefer to stay in your current home. We can provide specialist support with this from helping to reorganise and declutter your current home, to designing and overseeing tradespeople to carry out important property changes.
