We help clients prepare for a move by deciding what to bring and what to sell, donate, or recycle. Using a scaled floor plan, we confirm exactly how your furniture will fit in the new space. We handle excess items responsibly and coordinate the removal team, staying on hand on move day to get you comfortably settled into your new home.

Assisting you to find a suitable new home

Making arrangements for suitable sale or letting agents to market your current property

Staging your current property for sale including cleaning, decorating and making repairs to help you achieve the best possible price

Preparing inventories of belongings and detailing their destination points (new home, family, auction etc.)

Producing accurate, detailed floor plans to best arrange your furniture in your new home (providing a convenient and safe living environment)

Distributing treasured possessions and photographs to be passed to family members, friends, colleges and clubs

Sorting out and downsizing possessions in all areas of the property, from house, loft, garage and/ or garden shed

Arranging the sale, donation, and disposal or recycling of possessions and furniture items that are no longer required. We are an ethical and sustainable company so wherever possible items will be donated for free to avoid landfill

Liaising with family members, solicitors, estate agents, and retirement developer/care staff, as required

Ensuring the safe and secure disposal of old financial and personal documents

Moving day shouldn’t mean weeks of living amongst cardboard boxes. Our bespoke Unpacking & Home Settlement Service transforms your new house into a comfortable, fully functional home from day one, whether you just need a helping hand with key rooms like the kitchen and master suite, or a complete end-to-end service where every shelf is styled with care, and boxes are removed.

How we can help

Unpacking and setting up your new home

Arranging furniture as per the pre-agreed floor plan, recreating room layouts and positioning items as desired

Setting up and organising rooms to ensure safe access and comfort. This includes hanging curtains and making up beds

Setting up and connecting TV's and/ or computers where possible

Providing a basic food hamper as well as an evening meal for your first night (if required)
